These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PageCraft.my and its services. By creating an account or using PageCraft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
PageCraft.my (“PageCraft”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Ofdast Network [SSM Registration No.: 002908949-X], Malaysia.
PageCraft is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you generate, customise, publish, and host landing pages for your business. Features available to you depend on your plan.
We may offer a free trial that gives access to certain features for a limited period. At the end of the trial, access to paid features ends unless you upgrade to a paid plan. We may change or withdraw trial terms at any time.
Paid subscriptions (“Pro”) are offered on the following tiers:
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and may be updated from time to time; changes will not affect a term you have already paid for. Payment is made manually via DuitNow or bank transfer. Your plan is activated after we verify your payment. Because billing is manual, we do not automatically charge you — your plan continues for the term paid and renews only when you choose to pay again. It is your responsibility to renew before your term ends if you wish to maintain uninterrupted access.
Plans include a limit on the number of page generations within a rolling period (for example, Pro currently includes 20 generations per 7-day rolling window). These limits exist to keep the service sustainable and to prevent abuse. We may adjust limits, and we may restrict or suspend accounts that attempt to circumvent them or that place an unreasonable load on our systems.
Payments for subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a problem with the service, contact us at hi@pagecraft.my and we will try to resolve it in good faith. [Adjust this clause to match the refund policy you want to offer.]
You agree not to use PageCraft to create, publish, or distribute content or to act in ways that:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.
You retain ownership of the business information, text, and images you provide (“Your Content”) and of the published pages you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and provide the service.
You represent that you own or have the rights to all of Your Content, including any images you upload, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for everything you publish.
The PageCraft platform, including its software, generator, page themes (including premium themes such as Aurora and Serene), designs, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Themes are licensed for use within PageCraft to build and publish your pages only. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer our themes, software, or platform.
Content produced by our AI generator is provided on an “as is” basis. AI output may contain inaccuracies, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your business. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.
We aim to keep PageCraft available and reliable, but we provide it on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms PageCraft, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may remove your hosted pages. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
If you participate in our Affiliate program or Sponsor-A-Web program, additional rules apply, including how commissions, sponsorships, and payouts are calculated and paid. We may change, pause, or end these programs, and we may withhold payouts in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that results obtained from it (including page performance or sales) will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PageCraft and Ofdast Network will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, sales, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service. To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PageCraft and Ofdast Network from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of PageCraft after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
