Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PageCraft.my collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and services. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

PageCraft.my (“PageCraft”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a service operated by Ofdast Network [SSM Registration No.: 002908949-X], Bemban, Melaka, Malaysia. For any privacy matters, contact us at hi@pagecraft.my.

1.Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data, only as needed to provide the service:

Information you give us

• Account details — your name, email address, and a password (stored in hashed form) when you register.
• Business content — the business name, descriptions, product and service information, contact details, and images you enter or upload to generate and publish your landing pages.
• Payment records — for subscriptions paid by DuitNow or bank transfer, we collect the transaction reference and any payment receipt/screenshot you upload so we can verify and activate your plan. We do not collect or store credit or debit card numbers — payments are made directly through your own banking app.
• Program details — if you join our Affiliate or Sponsor-A-Web programs, the contact and payout details you provide for that purpose.
• Communications — messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage & technical data — your IP address (used to apply fair-use generation limits and prevent abuse), browser and device type, and records of actions such as pages generated and timestamps.
• Local storage — small amounts of data stored in your browser to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

2.How we use your data

• To create your account and provide, operate, and maintain the service;
• To generate, host, and publish your landing pages;
• To process and verify subscription payments and manage your plan;
• To enforce fair-use limits (such as generation quotas) and protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support;
• To send you service-related communications (for example, trial reminders, payment confirmations, and important notices);
• To operate the Affiliate and Sponsor-A-Web programs where you participate;
• To improve and develop our services; and
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in running a secure and functional service as the bases for processing.

3.AI generation & your content

PageCraft uses a third-party artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic, the makers of Claude) to generate the copy and content for your landing pages. When you generate a page, the business information you submit for that purpose is sent to Anthropic's API to produce the result, then returned to you.

4.Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run PageCraft, and only to the extent necessary:

• Anthropic — AI processing of page-generation content;
• Hostinger — website and application hosting;
• Cloudinary — hosting and delivery of images you upload;
• Email delivery providers — to send you service emails;
• Your bank / DuitNow — you transact directly through them to pay.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of PageCraft, our users, or the public.

5.Published pages are public

Landing pages you publish are intended to be public and are accessible to anyone with the link or via search engines. Any information you choose to include on a published page (including business contact details and images) will be publicly visible. Do not publish information you wish to keep private.

6.Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and remember preferences. These are necessary for the service to function. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

7.Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Published pages remain available according to your plan (free pages may expire after a set period; paid pages remain while your subscription is active). Payment records may be retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

8.Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Withdraw consent to our processing (this may limit or end your ability to use the service);
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements; and
• Limit or object to certain processing.

9.Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including hashing passwords, restricting access to data files, and securing payment-related uploads. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.International data transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Anthropic and Cloudinary) may process or store data on servers located outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be treated in accordance with this policy.

11.Children

PageCraft is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use of PageCraft after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
